Symptom: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Level number 20 is not recognized.

Problem: Somebody logs to an slf4j version 1.3.x

Solution: Replace slf4j 1.3.x with slf4j 1.5.x

Beware: THe log4j 1.2.15 release has a POM that requires a lot of dependencies that are not really required.
